Stage 1

"Tiddly Winks"
Ammo Count:

Rifle - 10 rounds
Pistol - 10 rounds
Shotgun - 4+ rounds

Stage Set:

Rifle - Texas Star with box and stationary target
Pistol - 4 circles
Shotgun - 2 SG targets

That bunch of rowdies from Eureka is in town again drinking, carousing and shooting up the bar.

It's time to put an end to this foolishness once and for all.

To start the timer say your line: "Get outa town or you're dead!"



With the first handgun shoot the three pistol targets p2, p2, p2, p1, p3. With the second handgun shoot the three pistol targets p1, p3, p2, p2, p2.

With the shotgun shoot the two shotgun targets left, right, left, right.

Using the rifle shoot the targets off the Texas Star. 3 second penalty for any targets NOT dropped into the box (coffin) below the star. With any rounds left in the rifle shoot the stationary target.

Only targets left on the Texas Star or misses on the stationary target will be counted as misses.

Stage 2

"Northfield Bank Robbery"

Rifle -10 rounds
Pistol - 10 rounds
Shotgun - 4+ rounds

Stage Set:

Rifle - 4 stationary targets plus rolling target.
Pistol - Swinging gong plus 9 KD targets.
Shotgun - 4 knockdown SG targets

Rifle staged at position one. Shotgun staged at position 2.

You're enjoying your first cup of coffee of the morning when gunfire erupts in the Northfield National Bank down the street. You immediately realize the Cole - Younger gang is robbing the bank. You grab your firearms and rush to stop those scondrels but some make a run for it to escape and you cut them down as they ride out of town.

To start the timer say our line "Not in my town!"

From position 1 grab your rifle and engage each of the four rifle targets twice with the first eight rounds. With the last two rounds shoot the KD to release the rolling target. Shoot the rolling target to drop the weight into the box. Bonus points will be awarded corresponding to the box the weight is dropped into.

Grab your shotgun and shoot the four shotgun targets left to right.

Stage your rifle and move to position 2. With your handguns shoot the KD to release the swinging gong. Then shoot the 9 KD targets without hitting the gong. No penalty for hitting the gong. Only KD's left standing will be counted as misses.

Stage 3

"Play for your Life"

Shotgun - 2 resetting shotgun targets
Four Ace Cards plus Joker

Rifle staged at position 1, shotgun at position 2.

Story: Your a bounty killer and have tracked down your quarry at the poker table in The Gem in Deadwood. You walk up to the poker table, pick up the deck of cards and deal each of you five cards. You each show your hands and he looses. He then asks what the stakes were.

To start the timer say your line "Your life!"

From position 1 With your rifle shoot the four rifle targets in a left to right (close to far) IRS sweep.

Stage your rifle and move to position 2.
Turn over one of the five cards on the table. Call out the suit of the card so the spotters can hear you. The card you turn determines how you shoot the handguns.

If you turn an ace with your first handgun engage all of the four card suit targets beginning and ending with the target corresponding to the suit you turned. Repeat with the second handgun. Do not shoot the joker.

If you draw the joker shoot the joker first then the other four targets. Repeat with the second handgun.

With your shotgun shoot the two shotgun targets right, left, right, left.



Stage 4

"Pirates of the Swan River "
Ammo Count:

Rifle - 10 rounds
Pistol - 10 rounds
Shotgun - 6+ rounds

Stage Set:

Rifle/Pistol - 4 rectangles or circles
Shotgun -3 circles or rectangles

Story: Whilst makin' evenin' rounds, a drunken river pirate sends a load of buckshot your way then ducks into the local saloon. Your're the only deputy around, so ya goota go get 'im, but hafta get through some other drunken pirates first�.so much for a peaceful night.

Start: Start standing at position 1 with your rifle at cowboy port arms. Pistols holstered and shotgun staged at position 1. When ready exclaim " Arrrrrh, not the pirates again"

At the Beep: With your rifle shoot the targets in a left to right Nevada Sweep. Stage the rifle, grab your shotgun and move to position 2. Shoot the three shotgun targets SG1- SG3 twice in any order, but no double taps. Stage the shotgun and draw your pistol(s). Shoot the 4 (now) pistol targets P1-P4 in a progressive sweep starting on the right (1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 4 on 4)



Stage 5

"Gophers in the Garden"

( NOTE! The gopher stage will not be timed. Every shooter will be given a time of 60 seconds. So your score will not depend upon shooting fast but rather shooting accurately.

Ammo:
Rifle - ten rounds
Handguns - ten rounds
Shotgun - 6 rounds

You�ve planted a nice garden out where the old corral was located and the turnips, carrots and beans are looking good. You head out to hoe some weeds and whoa and behold the garden has been invaded by whole passel of gophers! Since you always go heeled you commence to wipe out gophers.

Under no circumstances do you want to shoot your prize winning punkin. It�s a sure winner at the county fair and first prize is $15.00. Fifteen second penalty for any HIT on the pumpkin. (only one penalty per stage) Avoid your wife�s tomatoes,. Five second penalty for any tomatoes knocked off the plant. Finally, there is the large gourd you�ve been saving to build a birdhouse. Ten point penalty for hitting the gourd.

Pistols loaded 5 rounds each, hammers on empty chamber, holstered. Rifle loaded with 10 rounds hammer on the empty chamber staged on gun rest.. Shotgun open and empty, staged on the rest with six shells to be loaded from your person.

Start holding the hoe in both hands. Say your line �Eat lead you varmints!� At the buzzer place the hoe in the gun rack and using the firearms in any order you wish you commence to shooting gophers. There will be a 5 second penalty for each gopher left standing when you are done shooting. Once you begin shooting a firearm you must continue shooting it until all it�s rounds are fired.

A gopher knocked down in any way is a kill. Hits on gophers that do not knock them down are not kills.

If, after all the gophers are dead you have any rounds left shoot at the bonus target. A five second bonus for each hit. All shooting must be done standing from within the rectangle marked on the ground.

Irregardless of what category you are competing in you may shoot the handgun using two hands.
